Cones Drill

Other than choosing a good racket and also remember to choose the best racket restring in Malaysia. You’ll need four cones or markers of some kind and place them into two rows with equal distances between each one.

Then straddle the center line and start running from cone to cone in an alternating pattern – left side first and then right side – until you reach the end.

Be sure to maintain good posture as you run and focus on accelerating quickly when changing directions.

Once you’ve made it through all the cones, turn around and repeat however many times necessary or desired.
