Ada yang menyertai sekadar untuk bersenam, tetapi lama-kelamaan kecergasan, disiplin, dan minda mereka berubah positif. Latihan badminton di Setapak dan Wangsa Maju ini bukan sekadar mengajar teknik pukulan, malah ia membentuk tabiat harian yang sihat dan keyakinan diri. Namun, latihan berstruktur memberikan lebih daripada itu. Ia membina daya tahan kardiovaskular, ketangkasan, dan kekuatan teras secara seimbang. Bergerak secara berterusan semasa sesi latihan (drills) meningkatkan kesihatan jantung dan stamina dengan berkesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latihan ini juga menajamkan koordinasi dan keseimbangan. Belajar untuk menerkam (lunge), melompat, dan kembali ke tengah gelanggang memerlukan kemahiran motor kompleks yang membantu kanak-kanak dalam semua aktiviti fizikal. Latihan berstruktur mengajar fokus dan daya tumpuan, memerlukan pelajar mendengar arahan jurulatih dan memperbetulkan kesilapan mereka.
