Kaki harus separas bahu atau lebih luas, lutut dibengkokkan, dan berat badan ke hadapan. Paling penting, raket mesti berada di hadapan anda, sekitar ketinggian jaring ke tengah. Jika raket anda tergantung di buku lali, anda tiada peluang menangkis smash pantas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posisi asas ideal anda semasa bertahan adalah sedikit di belakang garisan servis, menghadap penyerang tepat. Geometri ini mengurangkan sudut. Kekal tenang sama pentingnya dengan kepantasan; anda mesti terima bahawa bulu tangkis datang laju (sering melebihi 300km\/j) dan percayakan struktur anda untuk mengawalnya. Jari harus relaks sebelum sentuhan dan genggam pantas semasa impak. &#8220;Denyutan&#8221; ini menjana kuasa lantunan yang diperlukan untuk blok pukulan pendek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastikan kepala raket sedikit di atas ketinggian jaring dalam posisi sedia. Ayunan mesti kompak, fikirkan ia sebagai dinding, bukan ayunan tenis. Sambut bulu tangkis sedikit di hadapan badan untuk kekalkan kawalan. Matlamatnya adalah memastikan bulu tangkis rendah dan rata, memaksa lawan mengangkatnya, bukannya memukul tinggi dan mengundang smash lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minda sangat penting: matlamat utama adalah bertahan dahulu. Cuba <em>Blok Dinding Asas<\/em> (ayunan pendek) atau <em>Latihan Selang-seli Pantas<\/em> (tukar forehand\/backhand berterusan). Berdiri lebih dekat untuk tingkatkan kelajuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suapan Jarak Pendek:<\/strong> Untuk menguasai pertahanan badan, kami guna latihan seperti <em>Suapan Smash Badan<\/em> (pasangan berdiri atas kotak di tengah gelanggang dan smash ke pinggul\/bahu) dan <em>Latihan Pusing Dua Pemain<\/em> (blok berselang-seli). Contohnya termasuk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pertahanan Smash Lurus:<\/strong> 8\u201312 smash disuap lurus. Fokus pada blok lembut konsisten ke gelanggang silang.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pertahanan-ke-Serangan:<\/strong> 6 suapan pertama adalah smash berat untuk bertahan, 2 terakhir sedikit tinggi untuk drive balas atau &#8216;kill&#8217;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Latihan Tepuk Tangan (Tanpa Shuttle):<\/strong> Jurulatih tepuk\/isyarat arah, pemain bereaksi dengan ayunan pertahanan bayangan.
