Ia adalah lompatan kecil yang anda lakukan tepat ketika lawan memukul bulu tangkis. Ini memuatkan kaki anda seperti spring, membolehkan anda menolak dengan eksplosif ke mana-mana arah. Tanpa split step, reaksi anda akan sentiasa lambat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk sudut depan, kami menggunakan &#8220;Lunge&#8221;. Ini lambat dan memenatkan. Satu lagi kesilapan ialah berdiri tapak kaki rata, yang menjadikan split step mustahil. Pemain juga sering menyilangkan kaki apabila bergerak ke sisi, merisikokan tersandung atau terseliuh buku lali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akhir sekali, tabiat &#8220;penonton&#8221;memukul dan kemudian melihat bulu tangkis terbangadalah kesilapan besar. Kami mulakan pemula dengan &#8220;Shadow Footwork&#8221;bergerak ke 6 sudut tanpa bulu tangkis untuk menyempurnakan langkah. Setelah corak lancar, kami menggunakan latihan suapan multi-shuttle untuk membina kelajuan dan stamina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kami juga bermain permainan separuh gelanggang untuk memaksa pemain menggunakan pergerakan kaki yang betul dalam kawasan yang lebih kecil.
