Tangan mereka menggeletar, fikiran menjadi kosong, atau mereka berputus asa selepas satu atau dua kesilapan. Dengan tabiat mental yang mudah dan sokongan daripada orang dewasa, ramai daripada mereka belajar untuk kekal lebih tenang dan berjuang sehingga mata terakhir. Ia hanyalah kemahiran untuk kekal cukup tenang bagi menggunakan teknik badminton anda di bawah tekanan. Ia melibatkan kekal fokus mata demi mata dan bukannya bimbang tentang skor akhir, serta terus mencuba yang terbaik walaupun selepas melakukan kesilapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramai ibu bapa di Kuala Lumpur beranggapan kekuatan mental adalah sesuatu yang wujud sejak lahir. Sebaliknya, ia adalah satu set tabiat. Sama seperti pergerakan kaki, ketahanan mental dipelajari melalui latihan. Di ST Badminton Academy, kami mengajar pemain junior untuk menetapkan semula (reset) selepas setiap rali, menggunakan pernafasan untuk menenangkan saraf, dan fokus pada usaha berbanding hanya kemenangan. Ini berlaku kerana persekitaran latihan adalah selamat, manakala pertandingan membawa ketakutan terhadap penilaian. Pemain junior sering bimbang mengecewakan ibu bapa, jurulatih, atau rakan mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanda-tanda biasa termasuk bermain terlalu berhati-hati (tidak memukul dengan bebas), menjadi marah atau menangis selepas hanya satu kesilapan, atau berputus asa apabila skor ketinggalan. Sesetengahnya terlalu memikirkan setiap pukulan. Ini bermakna hanya memikirkan tentang rali semasa. Kami mengajar pemain untuk melupakan kesilapan sebelumnya dan tidak bimbang tentang skor akhir. Rutin mudah membantu dalam hal ini: menarik nafas panjang, membetulkan tali raket, atau mengelap peluh dengan tuala antara mata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menggunakan &#8220;kata kunci set semula&#8221; senyap seperti &#8220;Mata Seterusnya&#8221; membantu menjernihkan fikiran. Malah pemain kebangsaan pun melakukannya. Kami mengajar pemain junior untuk menerima kesilapan dengan tenang dan bukannya menunjukkan kemarahan atau kekecewaan. Membaling raket atau menghentak kaki hanya membantu pihak lawan berasa yakin. Sebaliknya, rutinnya haruslah: terima, bernafas, fikir apa yang perlu diubah, dan teruskan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Percakapan diri dalaman adalah penting. Fikiran yang tidak membantu seperti &#8220;Saya sentiasa kalah&#8221; memusnahkan keyakinan. Apabila pemain junior tahu pergerakan kaki mereka mantap dan mereka telah berlatih pukulan beribu kali, keyakinan datang secara semula jadi. Persediaan yang betul termasuk latihan perlawanan yang mencukupi, tidur yang baik, dan pemakanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rutin pra-perlawanan juga penting. Pemanasan badan yang ringkas, sedikit regangan, dan pukulan asas membantu pemain dari kawasan seperti Danau Kota dan Air Panas berasa tenang di dewan kejohanan yang asing.
