Kemudian, sebahagian daripada mereka mengalami kecederaan lutut atau buku lali serius yang mengambil masa berbulan-bulan untuk pulih. Dalam badminton, kecederaan ACL sering berlaku semasa pergerakan tanpa sentuhan: berhenti mengejut untuk mengambil dropshot, menukar arah dengan pantas, atau pendaratan janggal daripada lompatan smash di mana lutut terkilir ke dalam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faktor risiko termasuk mekanik pendaratan yang lemah (lutut membengkok ke dalam), keletihan otot, dan kekuatan yang tidak mencukupi pada pinggul dan hamstring. Ia sering berlaku apabila pemain mendarat di sisi kaki mereka, terpijak kaki pasangan dalam beregu, atau tergelincir di gelanggang basah. Walaupun kemalangan boleh berlaku, mempunyai buku lali yang lemah menjadikan terseliuh lebih mungkin berlaku dan pemulihan lebih perlahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terseliuh berulang boleh menyebabkan ketidakstabilan kronik. Untuk melindungi buku lali anda, fokus pada latihan keseimbangan (kawalan neuromuskular) dan kekuatan betis. Senaman mudah seperti berdiri satu kaki atau lompatan terkawal membantu buku lali anda bertindak balas lebih pantas terhadap pendaratan tidak stabil. Ramai pemain di Petaling Jaya dan Kuala Lumpur mengabaikan ini dan terus melakukan smash keras. Ini berbahaya. Pemanasan badan yang baik meningkatkan kadar denyutan jantung anda dan menyediakan otot serta sendi untuk pergerakan eksplosif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sertakan pergerakan dinamik seperti joging, angkat lutut tinggi, lunge, dan langkah sisi. Keletihan membawa kepada teknik yang lemah, yang membawa kepada pendaratan janggal. Pemain di Setapak dan Melati Utama harus meningkatkan intensiti latihan mereka secara beransur-ansur. Jangan tiba-tiba melompat dari 2 jam seminggu kepada 10 jam seminggu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengar isyarat badan anda.
