Tidak bersarapan adalah kesilapan besar. Tanpa bahan api, gula dalam darah turun mendadak semasa permainan, menyebabkan pening, reaksi perlahan, dan keletihan. Kereta tidak boleh bergerak tanpa petrol, dan atlet muda tidak boleh melakukan smash tanpa tenaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penyelesaiannya ialah makan hidangan seimbang 2\u20133 jam sebelum perlawanan pertama. Jika pemain sangat gugup, pilih pilihan ringan seperti roti bakar dengan jem, oat, atau sedikit nasi dengan ayam tidak pedas. Namun, makanan berlemak, berminyak, atau pedas mengambil masa lama untuk dihadam. Ia kekal dalam perut dan boleh menyebabkan loya, kelesuan, atau muntah semasa rali yang sengit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutrisi hari kejohanan harus ringkas dan mudah dihadam. Fokus pada karbohidrat (tenaga) dan sedikit protein. Hidangan pra-perlawanan yang baik termasuk sup ayam dengan nasi, sandwic, atau pasta dengan sos ringan. Simpan kari laksa dan ayam goreng untuk selepas kejohanan tamat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elakkan mencuba makanan baharu pada hari pertandingan. Kekal dengan makanan yang biasa dimakan oleh anak sebelum latihan badminton tanpa masalah. Ramai junior di Kuala Lumpur sukakan bubble tea atau minuman tenaga berkarbonat. Mengambil minuman tinggi gula sejurus sebelum perlawanan menyebabkan lonjakan gula darah yang cepat diikuti dengan &#8220;kejatuhan,&#8221; membiarkan pemain berasa letih dan menggigil di pertengahan permainan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Air kosong adalah pilihan terbaik untuk kebanyakan situasi. Untuk hari kejohanan yang panjang dengan pelbagai perlawanan di dewan panas sekitar Gombak atau Ampang, minuman isotonik boleh membantu menggantikan elektrolit, tetapi ia harus dihirup, bukan diteguk dengan cepat. Elakkan minuman tenaga tinggi kafein kerana ia boleh menyebabkan jantung berdebar dan keresahan pada atlet muda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ibu bapa harus memastikan anak mereka membawa botol air besar dan menghirup secara berkala sepanjang hari, bermula sebelum mereka berasa dahaga. Pemain muda boleh kelaparan dan kehilangan tenaga semasa jurang ini. Kesilapan biasa ialah tidak makan apa-apa atau makan makanan berat yang menjadikan mereka lesu. Kuncinya ialah &#8220;makan sedikit-sedikit&#8221;\u2014mengambil snek ringan untuk mengekalkan tahap tenaga tanpa memenuhkan perut secara berlebihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilihan snek yang baik termasuk pisang, roti bun ringkas, biskut digestif, atau kotak kecil yogurt. Ini mudah didapati di pasar raya Kuala Lumpur. Elakkan karipap berminyak atau pastri berat. Minum banyak air. Elakkan sambal yang sangat pedas atau makanan goreng berminyak yang mungkin mengganggu perut keesokan paginya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sarapan (2-3 jam sebelum):<\/strong> Oat dengan susu dan pisang, atau roti bakar dengan telur, atau sedikit bubur. Pastikan ia ringkas dan biasa dimakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>30-60 Minit Sebelum Perlawanan:<\/strong> Snek kecil jika lapar, seperti pisang atau sekeping roti. Hirup air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antara Perlawanan:<\/strong> Snek ringan seperti roti bun, buah-buahan, atau biskut. Minuman isotonik jika berpeluh dengan banyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasca-Kejohanan:<\/strong> Hidangan pemulihan penuh dengan karbohidrat dan protein untuk membaiki otot dan menambah simpanan tenaga.
