Ia menetapkan semula momentum, melebarkan tapak kaki, dan membolehkan kaki bertindak seperti spring. Tanpa split step yang tepat pada masanya, anda bertindak balas dari kedudukan berdiri yang &#8220;mati&#8221;, menjadikan pergerakan terasa berat dan lambat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagi pemain di Setapak, Cheras, atau Kepong yang rasa sukar untuk mengejar drop shot atau smash, masalahnya jarang disebabkan kelajuan larian ia adalah kekurangan lompatan penting ini. Split step yang baik meningkatkan masa reaksi dan membolehkan anda meledak ke mana-mana arah depan, belakang, atau sisi dengan serta-merta. Berat badan anda harus berada di bebola kaki, bukan tumit. Dada tegak, raket sedia.<br><br><strong>Lompatan (Hop):<\/strong> Ia adalah pergerakan menegak kecil, hampir tidak meninggalkan tanah. Jangan lompat terlalu tinggi; itu membuang masa. Anda mahu mendarat dengan lembut tetapi tegas.<br><br><strong>Masa (Timing):<\/strong> Ini bahagian paling sukar. Anda mesti memulakan lompatan apabila lawan memulakan ayunan ke hadapan dan mendarat tepat semasa bulu tangkis meninggalkan tali raket mereka. Jika mendarat terlalu awal, anda kehilangan tenaga elastik. Ia melibatkan reaksi terhadap isyarat visual (raket lawan), memperlahankan badan dengan selamat, dan menukar arah serta-merta. Anda mungkin pelari terpantas di sekolah anda di Setapak, tetapi jika anda tidak boleh membaca permainan atau membrek dengan cekap, anda akan tetap lambat di gelanggang badminton.<br><br>Latihan ketangkasan yang berkesan menggabungkan latihan pergerakan (tangga, kon) dengan isyarat reaksi (visual atau audio). Ini membina kelajuan asas kaki dan ritma.<br><br><strong>Lateral In-Out:<\/strong> Bergerak sisi melalui tangga, melangkah masuk dan keluar dari setiap kotak. Penting untuk pergerakan sisi gelanggang.<br><br><strong>Split-Step Ladder:<\/strong> Lompat dengan kedua-dua kaki ke dalam petak, kemudian lompat keluar luas ke posisi mencangkung rendah (posisi split step). Pecut ke depan, split step, gerak sisi kanan, gerak sisi kiri, dan undur belakang. Ini meniru transisi dari depan ke tengah gelanggang.<br><br><strong>Reaksi Isyarat Visual:<\/strong> Jurulatih berdiri di jaring memegang kon atau kad berwarna. Apabila warna ditunjukkan, pemain mesti melakukan split step dan bergerak ke sudut tertentu mengikut warna tersebut. Mulakan dengan latihan tangga asas dan split-step selama 15-20 minit, 2\u20133 kali seminggu. Lakukan ini semasa anda segar, contohnya, selepas sesi pemanasan badan tetapi sebelum permainan perlawanan berat.<br><br>Semasa anda bertambah baik, tambahkan elemen reaksi dan latihan kon. Jangan lakukan latihan ini sehingga kepenatan melampau; matlamatnya adalah kelajuan dan kualiti pergerakan, bukan ketahanan kardio.
