Makrokitaran (Macrocycle) biasanya meliputi keseluruhan musim (9\u201312 bulan) dan mengenal pasti matlamat utama anda, seperti MSSM atau kejohanan terbuka negeri. Ia memberikan &#8220;gambaran besar&#8221; tahun anda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesokitaran (Mesocycle) adalah blok latihan sederhana selama 3\u20136 minggu. Setiap blok mempunyai tema khusus, seperti &#8220;Persediaan Umum&#8221; di mana kami membina asas aerobik, atau &#8220;Pra-Pertandingan&#8221; yang memfokuskan kepada kelajuan perlawanan. Pemain di Setapak dan Gombak memerlukan blok ini bagi memastikan mereka tidak berlatih dengan cara yang sama sepanjang tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrokitaran (Microcycle) adalah pelan mingguan anda (biasanya 7 hari). Ia memperincikan aktiviti hari Isnin, Selasa, dan seterusnya, mengimbangi sesi gelanggang intensiti tinggi dengan senaman gim dan pemulihan. Kami bermula dengan Fasa Persediaan Umum, memfokuskan kepada membina asas aerobik, kekuatan asas, mobiliti, dan memperhalusi teknik pada intensiti sederhana. Ini adalah asas untuk segala-galanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seterusnya adalah Fasa Persediaan Khusus. Di sini, kami meningkatkan kelajuan dan kuasa spesifik badminton, memperkenalkan lebih banyak latihan suapan pelbagai bulu tangkis (multi-shuttle) dan gerak kaki intensiti tinggi. Kemudian tibalah Fasa Pra-Pertandingan, di mana intensiti mencapai kemuncak dengan simulasi perlawanan dan kerja taktikal, manakala jumlah latihan dikawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akhir sekali, Fasa Pertandingan atau &#8216;Taper&#8217; mengurangkan beban keseluruhan untuk menajamkan tubuh bagi menghadapi kejohanan. Selepas acara, Fasa Transisi membolehkan pemulihan. Menjelang lewat suku pertama atau pertengahan tahun, kami beralih kepada persediaan khusus apabila pertandingan awal bermula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertengahan tahun sering merangkumi transisi pendek selepas kejohanan besar atau blok peperiksaan, diikuti dengan satu lagi blok persediaan khusus. Separuh kedua tahun biasanya menampilkan blok pra-pertandingan menuju ke acara utama seperti kejohanan negeri atau akhir MSSM. Jumlah latihan tinggi, intensiti sederhana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minggu 4\u20136 (Khusus):<\/strong> Beralih kepada kerja spesifik badminton. Latihan &#8216;multi-shuttle&#8217;, jeda kelajuan, dan peningkatan intensiti permainan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minggu 7\u20139 (Pra-Kompetisi):<\/strong> Fokus pada pelan taktikal dan permainan penuh. Beban gim dikurangkan sedikit untuk membolehkan pergerakan lebih pantas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minggu 10\u201312 (Taper):<\/strong> Persediaan akhir. Sesi pendek dan tajam untuk mengekalkan &#8220;rasa&#8221; dan kelajuan. Dalam Fasa Umum, anda mungkin mempunyai 3 sesi gelanggang dan 2 sesi gim berat, dengan satu hari rehat penuh. Fokusnya adalah pada jumlah latihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam Fasa Pra-Pertandingan, kerja gim mungkin dikurangkan ke tahap penyelenggaraan, manakala sesi gelanggang memfokuskan kepada kualiti permainan tinggi dan senario taktikal.
