Daripada menunggu rali berlaku secara semula jadi semasa permainan, multi-shuttle memampatkan jumlah pergerakan dan pukulan yang banyak ke dalam sela masa yang pendek dan mencabar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam sesi multi-shuttle yang betul di akademi kami di Setapak, setiap latihan mempunyai objektif yang jelas seperti konsistensi smash, kepantasan pertahanan, atau pukulan jaring (net kill). Jurulatih menetapkan bilangan bulu tangkis yang tetap setiap set (contohnya, 20 biji) dan masa rehat yang tetap. Dengan memampatkan rali ke dalam sela masa yang pendek, anda dipaksa untuk memecut, menukar arah, dan kembali ke posisi (recovery) berulang kali tanpa henti. Ini melatih tubuh anda untuk bergerak pantas walaupun ketika kaki sudah letih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara fizikal, latihan multi-shuttle yang direka dengan baik memberi tekanan kepada sistem tenaga anaerobik. Set latihan sebanyak 15\u201340 bulu tangkis meningkatkan kadar degupan jantung ke zon tinggi, meniru bahagian paling sukar dalam perlawanan sebenar. Ini membina &#8220;kecergasan perlawanan&#8221; supaya anda tidak mudah tewas dalam set ketiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemain dari Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Cheras dan Kepong yang menyertai program kami sering menyedari pergerakan kaki yang lebih pantas, pertahanan yang lebih stabil, dan kurang melakukan &#8220;kesilapan mudah&#8221; selepas hanya beberapa minggu menjalani kitaran multi-shuttle. Ia biasanya bermaksud beberapa set (contohnya, 10 set x 20 bulu tangkis) yang diulang di pelbagai sudut gelanggang. Jumlah (volume) ini adalah kunci untuk memori otot (muscle memory).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selepas pengulangan yang betul mencukupi, pergerakan menjadi automatik. Dalam perlawanan sebenar di dewan sekitar Ampang atau Petaling Jaya, anda tidak mempunyai masa untuk memikirkan gerak kaki (footwork) \u2013 anda hanya bertindak balas. Latihan multi-shuttle membina tindak balas &#8220;automatik&#8221; ini. Ia juga melatih ambang anaerobik anda, meningkatkan keupayaan untuk pulih dengan cepat antara mata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jurulatih kami merancang volume ini dengan teliti untuk mengelakkan kecederaan. Pemain mesti melakukan smash dan segera kembali ke tengah. (Intensiti Tinggi, 15-20 ulangan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pukulan &#8216;Kill&#8217; Depan &amp; Tepukan Jaring:<\/strong> Suapan pantas ke kawasan jaring. Fokus pada kelajuan raket dan &#8220;mematikan&#8221; bola tanggung. (Kelajuan Tinggi, 20-30 ulangan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Latihan Tekanan Pertahanan:<\/strong> Pukulan deras dan smash berterusan ke arah badan pemain. Meningkatkan masa reaksi dan kestabilan pertahanan. (Intensiti Tinggi, 20-40 ulangan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pergerakan Gelanggang Penuh (6-Sudut):<\/strong> Suapan ke semua 6 sudut dalam urutan rawak atau tetap. Menguji liputan gelanggang penuh dan stamina. (Intensiti Sangat Tinggi, 20 ulangan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Servis-Terima + Pukulan Ketiga:<\/strong> Urutan berstruktur: Servis, Terima, Pukulan Ketiga. Mengulang corak pembukaan yang paling biasa dalam beregu. Ia biasanya dimasukkan ke dalam sesi selepas pemanasan badan dan persediaan teknikal, sering kali berfungsi sebagai &#8220;blok intensiti&#8221; utama atau penamat untuk kemahiran tertentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jurulatih kami mengimbangi hari multi-shuttle dengan hari perlawanan (matchplay), gim\/kecergasan, dan sesi teknikal yang lebih ringan dengan teliti. Bagi pemain junior di sekitar Setapak, Wangsa Maju dan Gombak, periodisasi ini membantu mereka mencapai prestasi puncak untuk kejohanan sambil mengelakkan keletihan melampau (burnout).
