Ia bukan sekadar bermain perlawanan; ia melibatkan disiplin mingguan yang merangkumi pembetulan teknikal, latihan multi-shuttle berintensiti tinggi, latihan gim, dan sparring taktikal. Kebanyakan atlet sekolah di Setapak, Wangsa Maju, dan Cheras bersekolah pada waktu pagi, menyiapkan kerja rumah pada waktu petang, dan berlatih pada waktu malam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contoh jadual di bawah adalah gambaran &#8220;di sebalik tabir&#8221; tentang beban kerja sebenar. Ia merangkumi 5\u20136 sesi gelanggang dan 2\u20133 sesi fizikal seminggu. Namun, perhatikan bahawa ia juga merangkumi pemulihan aktif dan rehat. Tanpa rehat, latihan berkualiti tinggi adalah mustahil. Selepas pemanasan badan, pemain melakukan latihan multi-shuttle yang memfokuskan kepada kelajuan dan konsistensi. Tujuannya adalah untuk membina kualiti pukulan di bawah tekanan. Intensiti: Tinggi.<br><br><strong>Selasa: Gim\/Kekuatan &amp; Ketangkasan (Malam)<\/strong><br>Hari fokus fizikal. Pemain bekerja pada kekuatan bahagian bawah badan (squat, lunge) dan kestabilan teras di gim, diikuti dengan latihan tangga ketangkasan (agility ladder) dan pergerakan bayangan (shadow footwork) di gelanggang. Ini menyokong pencegahan kecederaan. Intensiti: Sederhana\/Fizikal.<br><br><strong>Rabu: Perlawanan &amp; Sparring (Malam)<\/strong><br>Pertengahan minggu selalunya adalah hari permainan. Pemain menerapkan kemahiran hari Isnin dalam sesi sparring taktikal, kadangkala bermain menentang rakan yang lebih tua atau kuat untuk menguji pertahanan dan stamina mereka. Fokus pada corak pergerakan yang efisien untuk meliputi gelanggang dengan tenaga yang minima. Sesi ini menguatkan &#8220;enjin&#8221; seorang pemain negeri. Intensiti: Sederhana.<br><br><strong>Jumaat: Kemahiran &amp; Taktikal (Malam)<\/strong><br>Beban yang sedikit ringan memfokuskan pada servis\/penerimaan tajam, permainan jaring (net play), dan membetulkan kesilapan tertentu dari sparring hari Rabu. Intensiti: Ringan\/Sederhana.<br><br><strong>Sabtu: Sparring Panjang &amp; Video (Pagi\/Petang)<\/strong><br>Sesi yang lebih lama selalunya melibatkan simulasi perlawanan penuh. Sesetengah pemain mungkin melakukan analisis video untuk mengkaji taktik. Intensiti: Tinggi.<br><br><strong>Ahad: Rehat &amp; Pemulihan Aktif<\/strong><br>Penting untuk pertumbuhan. Rehat sepenuhnya atau regangan ringan\/berenang. Pemain negeri dari Setapak dan Kepong selalunya tamat sekolah, makan dengan cepat, dan terus ke tempat latihan. Kerja rumah perlu disiapkan dengan efisien, selalunya pada waktu petang atau hujung minggu.<br><br>Tidur adalah alat pemulihan yang paling kritikal. Sasaran 8 jam adalah sukar tetapi perlu. Jurulatih kami menekankan bahawa jika keputusan sekolah merosot terlalu banyak atau tidur secara konsisten di bawah 6 jam, beban latihan mesti diselaraskan. Junior yang lebih muda (bawah 12 tahun) mungkin melakukan sesi yang kurang (contohnya, 3-4 kali seminggu) berbanding remaja. Semasa minggu kejohanan, sesi gim berat dikurangkan untuk memastikan kaki kekal segar, dan latihan beralih kepada ketajaman dan taktik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jurulatih kami menyesuaikan rancangan ini untuk pemain yang berbeza di Setapak dan Petaling Jaya. Ada yang memerlukan lebih banyak latihan gerak kaki (footwork), manakala yang lain memerlukan lebih banyak pengalaman sparring.
