Badminton adalah sukan berselang-seli (intermittent), bermaksud ia mempunyai hentian dan permulaan. Tenaga datang terutamanya dari sistem aerobik (menggunakan oksigen) untuk pemulihan antara rali, tetapi aksi eksplosif seperti lompatan smash atau lunge pantas bergantung pada sistem anaerobik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertama ialah sistem Alaktik\/Fosfagen. Ini memberikan kuasa besar serta-merta untuk 0\u201310 saat. Bayangkan rali pendek dan tajam: servis, pulangan, dan &#8216;kill&#8217;. Tiada rasa terbakar pada otot, hanya kelajuan tulen. Kedua ialah sistem Anaerobik Laktik. Apabila rali berpanjangan (15\u201345 saat) pada intensiti tinggi, badan membakar bahan api tanpa oksigen, menghasilkan laktat. Ini menyebabkan rasa &#8220;terbakar&#8221; di kaki dan paru-paru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemain dari Setapak, Cheras, Kepong, Ampang, dan Petaling Jaya memerlukan ketiga-tiga sistem ini. Walau bagaimanapun, anda tidak boleh melatih semuanya dengan berkesan dalam satu latih tubi serentak. Jika jurulatih memberi suapan tanpa henti, pemain akan masuk ke &#8220;mod kelangsungan hidup&#8221; (glikolisis perlahan\/aerobik), yang membunuh kepantasan eksplosif. Ia adalah alat untuk membebankan permintaan fizikal tertentu dalam persekitaran terkawal. Tidak seperti perlawanan di mana anda mungkin bernasib baik untuk berehat, di sini jurulatih mengawal intensiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latih tubi ini boleh menyasarkan pengulangan teknikal (memperbaiki strok di bawah sedikit keletihan), corak taktikal (serangan vs pertahanan), atau kualiti fizikal. Kita mahukan kualiti eksplosif: langkah pertama terpantas, smash paling tajam, dan pemulihan paling laju. Untuk mencapai ini, pemain mesti segar bagi setiap pengulangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elemen reka bentuk tipikal untuk kepantasan melibatkan masa kerja yang pendek, biasanya 5\u201310 saat (kira-kira 6\u20138 bulu tangkis), dan tempoh rehat yang panjang (30\u201360 saat atau lebih). Nisbah kerja-kepada-rehat mungkin 1:5 atau 1:6. Jumlah pukulan adalah rendah, tetapi intensiti adalah maksimum. Contohnya termasuk latih tubi lompatan smash gelanggang belakang dengan pemulihan penuh atau pintasan jaring (net kill) pantas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesilapan kritikal yang sering dilakukan oleh jurulatih di KL ialah memendekkan masa rehat. Jika anda hanya berehat 10 saat selepas latihan kelajuan maksimum, badan tidak dapat mengisi semula bahan api fosfagen. Pemain menjadi perlahan, laktat terkumpul, dan sesi tersebut secara tidak sengaja bertukar menjadi latihan ketahanan dengan teknik yang lemah. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengekalkan kualiti pergerakan dalam keadaan letih dan meningkatkan keupayaan badan untuk menyingkirkan laktat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reka bentuk latihan ketahanan adalah berlawanan dengan kepantasan. Kami menggunakan blok kerja yang lebih panjang iaitu 20\u201340 saat atau lebih (20+ bulu tangkis), dengan rehat sederhana (nisbah 1:1 atau 1:0.5). Contohnya, 40 saat kerja diikuti dengan 40 saat rehat. Kami melakukan lebih banyak set untuk membina volum. Latih tubi mungkin termasuk pergerakan seluruh gelanggang dengan pukulan campuran atau latih tubi tekanan pertahanan yang intensif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaya ini memberi tekanan kepada glikolisis anaerobik dan enjin aerobik. Penyelidikan mengenai HIIT spesifik badminton menunjukkan bahawa struktur sebegini boleh meningkatkan VO\u2082max dan kuasa purata dalam masa beberapa minggu. Ya, tetapi urutan itu penting. Jurulatih profesional selalunya akan bermula dengan set fokus kepantasan apabila pemain masih segar dan sistem saraf mereka tajam. Setelah keletihan bermula, latihan kepantasan menjadi kurang berkesan, maka sesi itu boleh beralih kepada blok fokus ketahanan atau ketekalan corak permainan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kami memberi amaran terhadap cubaan melatih segala-galanya serentak dalam satu sesi &#8220;seksa&#8221; yang panjang dan tidak terkawal. Jika anda cuba memecut dalam larian maraton, anda gagal dalam kedua-dua pecutan dan ketahanan.
