Namun, seorang <strong>Jurulatih Bertauliah Sains Sukan Tahap 1<\/strong> memiliki lebih daripada sekadar kemahiran bermain. Ia melibatkan pembelajaran sains tentang bagaimana tubuh manusia berfungsi semasa bersukan. Ini termasuk pemahaman tentang anatomi asas (otot dan sendi), fisiologi (penggunaan tenaga), dan biomekanik (pergerakan yang efisien).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagi Jurulatih Eric Chuar, pengetahuan ini sangat kritikal. Pendekatan berasaskan sains sukan adalah berbeza. Kami melihat kualiti pergerakan terlebih dahulu. Contohnya, sebelum mengajar teknik <em>jump smash<\/em>, kami memastikan mekanik pendaratan (landing) pemain adalah selamat untuk melindungi lutut dan buku lali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menggunakan sains sukan, kami melaraskan &#8220;beban latihan&#8221; (tahap kesukaran sesi) berdasarkan keadaan pelajar. Jika kanak-kanak sedang mengalami fasa pertumbuhan pesat, kami mengubah suai latihan lompatan untuk mengelakkan kesakitan Osgood-Schlatter. Jika pelajar dewasa mengalami minggu yang stres di tempat kerja, kami lebih fokus pada ketepatan teknik berbanding stamina berat. Penyesuaian pintar inilah sebab mengapa pelajar dari Cheras dan Kepong memilih STBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini bukan tentang menjadikan latihan &#8220;mudah&#8221;; ia tentang menjadikan latihan itu efisien. Ia bermula dengan <strong>pemanasan badan<\/strong>. Kami tidak hanya menyuruh pelajar berlari pusingan; kami menggunakan regangan dinamik untuk menyediakan otot khusus yang digunakan dalam badminton, seperti bahu, pinggul, dan betis. Ini mengaktifkan tubuh dengan betul untuk sesi seterusnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semasa latihan tubi (drills), kami menguruskan <strong>nisbah kerja-rehat<\/strong>. Badminton adalah sukan jeda\/interval (letusan tenaga tinggi yang singkat), jadi latihan kami meniru konsep ini. Kami tidak memaksa pelajar berlari 20 minit tanpa henti; kami melakukan latihan ketangkasan intensiti tinggi disusuli dengan rehat yang cukup. Ini melatih sistem tenaga yang betul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akhir sekali, kami menekankan <strong>biomekanik<\/strong>. Tulang dan sendi mereka masih membesar. Jurulatih Eric menggunakan sains sukan untuk memastikan latihan membina tulang yang kuat tanpa membebankan plat pertumbuhan (growth plates). Ini mengelakkan masalah kronik di kemudian hari. Kami juga memantau fasa &#8220;peak height velocity&#8221; untuk melaraskan latihan koordinasi apabila kanak-kanak tiba-tiba meninggi dan berasa kekok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Untuk Orang Dewasa:<\/strong> Ramai pelajar dewasa di KL bekerja masa panjang dan duduk di meja sepanjang hari. Terus melompat ke permainan intensiti tinggi mengundang risiko kecederaan. Pendekatan sains sukan kami membantu anda mengaktifkan otot yang &#8220;tidur&#8221; (seperti glutes) dan memperbaiki postur.
