Kelas &#8220;Pra-Asas&#8221; kami untuk umur 4\u20136 tahun fokus pada latihan koordinasi yang menyeronokkan, kemahiran mendengar, dan membiasakan diri dengan berat raket. Untuk umur 7 tahun ke atas, kami memperkenalkan latih tubi berstruktur untuk menyemai tabiat yang betul dari awal, supaya mereka tidak perlu &#8220;memperbetulkan&#8221; kesilapan di kemudian hari.<br><br><strong>Untuk Dewasa (Pemula &amp; Sosial):<\/strong><br>Belum terlambat untuk belajar dengan betul. Ramai orang dewasa di Setapak bermain secara sosial tetapi mengalami sakit pergelangan tangan atau masalah lutut akibat teknik yang lemah. Latihan asas dewasa kami membetulkan tabiat lama ini. Dengan mempelajari pergerakan kaki dan putaran badan yang efisien, anda boleh bermain lebih lama, memukul dengan lebih jelas tanpa tenaga berlebihan, dan mengurangkan risiko kecederaan. Kami fokus pada memori otot dengan mengulangi pergerakan yang betul sehingga ia menjadi automatik. Jika seorang kanak-kanak mengulangi ayunan yang salah sebanyak 1,000 kali dalam permainan santai, ayunan salah itu akan kekal. Itulah sebabnya kami menekankan pengulangan dan pembetulan berbanding bermain perlawanan di peringkat awal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendekatan kami juga menggabungkan &#8220;progressive overload&#8221;. Bagi kanak-kanak yang bermula dari kosong, ia biasanya mengambil masa 1.5 hingga 3 tahun latihan mingguan yang konsisten untuk mencapai asas yang stabil dan bersedia untuk pertandingan.
