Kaki harus selebar bahu atau sedikit lebih lebar, lutut ditekuk, dan berat badan ke depan. Yang terpenting, raket Anda harus berada di depan, sekitar ketinggian net hingga tengah. Jika raket Anda menggantung di pergelangan kaki, Anda tidak punya peluang melawan smash cepat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posisi dasar ideal saat bertahan adalah sedikit di belakang garis servis, menghadap lurus ke penyerang. Jari harus rileks sebelum kontak dan meremas cepat saat benturan. &#8220;Denyut&#8221; ini menghasilkan tenaga pantulan yang dibutuhkan untuk blok pukulan pendek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaga kepala raket sedikit di atas ketinggian net dalam posisi siap. Ayunan harus ringkas anggaplah seperti dinding, bukan ayunan tenis. Temui shuttlecock sedikit di depan tubuh untuk menjaga kontrol. Tujuannya adalah menjaga shuttlecock tetap rendah dan datar, memaksa lawan mengangkat bola, daripada memukul tinggi dan mengundang smash lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pola pikir itu penting: tujuannya adalah bertahan hidup dulu. Cobalah *Blok Dinding Dasar* (ayunan pendek) atau *Drill Pergantian Cepat* (tukar forehand\/backhand terus-menerus). Berdiri lebih dekat untuk meningkatkan kecepatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Umpan Jarak Pendek:<\/strong> Untuk menguasai pertahanan badan, kami menggunakan drill seperti *Umpan Smash Badan* (partner berdiri di kotak tengah lapangan dan smash ke pinggul\/bahu) dan *Drill Putar Dua Pemain* (blok bergantian). Contohnya meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pertahanan Smash Lurus:<\/strong> 8\u201312 smash diumpan lurus. Fokus pada blok lunak konsisten ke silang lapangan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pertahanan-ke-Serangan:<\/strong> 6 umpan pertama adalah smash berat untuk bertahan, 2 terakhir agak tinggi untuk counter-drive atau kill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drill Tepuk Tangan (Tanpa Shuttle):<\/strong> Pelatih tepuk\/isyaratkan arah, pemain bereaksi dengan ayunan bayangan pertahanan. Setiap sesi harus mencampur drill dinding (untuk reaksi individu) dengan drill umpan partner (untuk sudut realistis).
