Begitu mereka paham aturan posisi ganda yang jelas, permainan mereka jadi lebih stabil. Panduan ini membantu pemain junior dan sosial di Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Gombak, Cheras dan sekitarnya memahami dasar penguasaan lapangan. Ini bentuk serangan Anda. Dipakai saat Anda atau partner memukul bola turun (smash, dropshot, atau drive serang) yang memaksa lawan mengangkat bola. Di sini, satu pemain jaga depan (area net) untuk memotong bola tanggung, sementara pemain belakang menjaga area belakang untuk terus melakukan smash atau dropshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagi pemain di Setapak dan Wangsa Maju yang baru belajar ganda, menjaga bentuk ini adalah kunci menekan lawan. Pemain depan harus agresif dengan raket di atas, siap mematikan bola liar di net. Pemain belakang menguasai area belakang, memakai sudut untuk membantu partner. Anda harus segera ubah ke formasi sisi-ke-sisi. Ini membuat kedua pemain bisa menutup lebar lapangan ganda melawan smash yang datang. Aturan dasarnya adalah &#8220;ikuti kok&#8221;. Jika Anda di belakang dan melakukan dropshot, Anda harus ikut maju ke net menjadi pemain depan. Partner Anda lalu berputar ke belakang Anda untuk menjaga belakang. Panggilan simpel seperti &#8220;Saya&#8221;, &#8220;Kamu&#8221;, atau &#8220;Out&#8221; bisa hemat poin dan cegah tabrakan raket. Pemain di Setapak sering hilang poin hanya karena ragu atau keduanya mengejar bola tengah yang sama. Membuat kode verbal sederhana dengan partner itu penting.<br><br>Selain bicara, komunikasi visual itu penting. Jika servis pendek, partner tahu harus jaga belakang. Jika angkat bola, partner tahu harus bertahan di sisi. Membangun kebiasaan ini membuat pasangan dari Wangsa Maju dan Ampang bisa menutup lapangan dengan mulus tanpa menyisakan ruang kosong bagi lawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latihan rutin bersama membantu bangun kepercayaan ini. Ini bikin serangan lemah.
