Banyak pemain klub di Malaysia memukul hanya dengan lengan, berdiri di bawah shuttlecock, pakai pegangan panhandle, atau melompat tanpa timing. Ini membuat smash terasa lemah, lambat, atau mudah dikembalikan, meski pakai raket mahal bertarikan tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program perbaikan smash kami fokus pada tiga area besar: (1) Pegangan dan titik kontak, (2) Jalur ayunan dan penggunaan tubuh, dan (3) Pergerakan kaki dan persiapan. Saat pegangan salah, permukaan raket terbuka, dan Anda tak bisa melecutkan pergelangan saat momen tepat. Kami mengajar siswa dari Setapak dan Cheras pegangan forehand yang benar dengan kontrol jari rileks sebelum impak, dan remasan pendek tajam saat kontak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masalah besar lainnya adalah titik kontak. Banyak pemain berdiri tepat di bawah shuttlecock, memaksa mereka memukul di belakang badan. Ini menghasilkan pukulan lemah tanpa sudut. Ini membatasi power dan berisiko cedera. Smash yang benar butuh rantai gerakan luwes: persiapan menyamping, rotasi bahu, siku memimpin, dan akhirnya rotasi lengan bawah dengan lecutan pergelangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kami melatih siswa dari Kepong dan Ampang menggunakan ayunan bayangan dengan titik cek jelas dan pukulan gerak lambat. Kami ajarkan cara pakai lengan non-raket untuk keseimbangan dan cara follow through tuntas, bukan menghentikan raket tiba-tiba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coach Eric Chuar menekankan kecepatan rileks daripada tenaga paksaan. Kesalahan umum termasuk berdiri tapak datar, mundur terlambat, atau smash sambil jatuh ke belakang. Tanpa dasar stabil, berat badan Anda tak bisa ditransfer ke shuttlecock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kami melatih pola gerakan sederhana tapi efektif ke lapangan belakang: split step awal, gerak cepat ke belakang, dan putar badan menyamping sebelum pukul. Kami perbaiki pegangan dan titik kontak dulu, lalu jalur ayunan, dan akhirnya pergerakan kaki. Perbaikan bertahap ini menjamin hasil jangka panjang bagi pemain dari Setapak dan Wangsa Maju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, Coach Eric adalah Master Tour Stringer bersertifikat Best Stringer Worldwide (BSW).
