Ini sering terjadi ketika pemain mendarat di sisi kaki mereka, menginjak kaki pasangan di ganda, atau terpeleset di lapangan basah. Meskipun kecelakaan bisa terjadi, memiliki engkel yang lemah membuat kemungkinan keseleo lebih besar dan pemulihan lebih lambat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keseleo berulang dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan kronis. Banyak pemain di Petaling Jaya dan Kuala Lumpur melewatkan ini dan langsung melakukan smash keras. Ini berbahaya. Kelelahan menyebabkan teknik yang buruk, yang berujung pada pendaratan yang canggung. Pemain di Setapak dan Melati Utama harus meningkatkan intensitas latihan mereka secara bertahap.
