Siklus Makro (Macrocycle) biasanya mencakup satu musim penuh (9\u201312 bulan) dan mengidentifikasi tujuan utama Anda, seperti MSSM atau kejuaraan negara bagian (state open). Ini adalah &#8220;gambaran besar&#8221; tahunan Anda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siklus Meso (Mesocycle) adalah blok latihan menengah selama 3\u20136 minggu. Setiap blok memiliki tema khusus, seperti &#8220;Persiapan Umum&#8221; di mana kami membangun basis aerobik, atau &#8220;Pra-Kompetisi&#8221; yang berfokus pada kecepatan pertandingan. Kami mulai dengan Fase Persiapan Umum, berfokus pada pembangunan basis aerobik, kekuatan dasar, mobilitas, dan penyempurnaan teknik dengan intensitas sedang. Ini adalah fondasi untuk segalanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya adalah Fase Persiapan Khusus. Di sini, kami meningkatkan kecepatan dan tenaga spesifik bulutangkis, memperkenalkan lebih banyak umpan multi-shuttle dan latihan footwork intensitas tinggi. Kemudian datang Fase Pra-Kompetisi, di mana intensitas mencapai puncaknya dengan simulasi pertandingan dan strategi taktis, sementara volume latihan dikendalikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akhirnya, Fase Kompetisi atau Taper mengurangi beban keseluruhan untuk menajamkan tubuh menjelang turnamen. Setelah acara, Fase Transisi memungkinkan pemulihan. Pada akhir kuartal pertama atau pertengahan tahun, kami beralih ke persiapan khusus saat kompetisi awal dimulai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertengahan tahun sering mencakup transisi singkat setelah turnamen besar atau blok ujian, diikuti oleh blok persiapan khusus lainnya. Paruh kedua tahun biasanya menampilkan blok pra-kompetisi menjelang acara kunci seperti kejuaraan negara bagian atau final MSSM. Volume tinggi, intensitas sedang.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minggu 4\u20136 (Spesifik):<\/strong> Beralih ke latihan spesifik bulutangkis. Latihan multi-shuttle, interval kecepatan, dan peningkatan intensitas simulasi pertandingan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minggu 7\u20139 (Pra-Komp):<\/strong> Fokus pada rencana taktis dan pertandingan penuh. Beban gym dikurangi sedikit untuk memungkinkan gerakan yang lebih cepat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minggu 10\u201312 (Taper):<\/strong> Persiapan akhir. Sesi singkat dan tajam untuk menjaga &#8220;feel&#8221; dan kecepatan. Pada Fase Umum, Anda mungkin memiliki 3 sesi lapangan dan 2 sesi gym berat, dengan satu hari istirahat total.
