Ini bukan sekadar bermain game; ini melibatkan ritme mingguan yang disiplin, mulai dari koreksi teknik, latihan multi-shuttle intensitas tinggi, latihan fisik (gym), hingga sparring taktis. Sebagian besar atlet usia sekolah di Setapak, Wangsa Maju, dan Cheras bersekolah di pagi hari, mengerjakan PR di sore hari, dan berlatih di malam hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contoh jadwal di bawah ini adalah gambaran &#8220;di balik layar&#8221; tentang beban kerja yang sebenarnya. Ini mencakup 5\u20136 sesi lapangan dan 2\u20133 sesi fisik per minggu. Namun, perhatikan bahwa jadwal ini juga mencakup pemulihan aktif dan istirahat. Tanpa istirahat, latihan berkualitas tinggi mustahil dilakukan. Setelah pemanasan, pemain melakukan latihan multi-shuttle yang berfokus pada kecepatan dan konsistensi. Tujuannya adalah membangun kualitas pukulan di bawah tekanan. Intensitas: Tinggi.<br><br><strong>Selasa: Gym\/Kekuatan &amp; Kelincahan (Malam)<\/strong><br>Hari fokus fisik. Pemain melatih kekuatan tubuh bagian bawah (squat, lunges) dan stabilitas inti di gym, diikuti dengan tangga kelincahan dan shadow footwork di lapangan. Ini mendukung pencegahan cedera. Intensitas: Sedang\/Fisik.<br><br><strong>Rabu: Pertandingan &amp; Sparring (Malam)<\/strong><br>Pertengahan minggu sering kali menjadi hari pertandingan. Pemain menerapkan keterampilan hari Senin dalam sesi sparring taktis, terkadang bermain melawan mitra yang lebih tua atau lebih kuat untuk menguji pertahanan dan stamina mereka. Fokus pada pola gerakan yang efisien untuk menjangkau lapangan dengan energi lebih sedikit. Sesi ini memperkuat &#8220;mesin&#8221; seorang atlet provinsi. Intensitas: Sedang.<br><br><strong>Jumat: Keterampilan &amp; Taktik (Malam)<\/strong><br>Beban yang sedikit lebih ringan dengan fokus pada keterampilan servis\/pengembalian yang tajam, permainan net, dan memperbaiki kesalahan spesifik dari sparring hari Rabu. Intensitas: Ringan\/Sedang.<br><br><strong>Sabtu: Sparring Panjang &amp; Video (Pagi\/Siang)<\/strong><br>Sesi yang lebih panjang yang sering kali melibatkan simulasi pertandingan penuh. Beberapa pemain mungkin melakukan tinjauan video untuk menganalisis taktik. Intensitas: Tinggi.<br><br><strong>Minggu: Istirahat &amp; Pemulihan Aktif<\/strong><br>Penting untuk pertumbuhan. Istirahat total atau peregangan ringan\/berenang. Atlet provinsi dari Setapak dan Kepong sering kali selesai sekolah, makan cepat, dan langsung menuju tempat latihan. Pekerjaan rumah harus diselesaikan dengan efisien, sering kali di sore hari atau pada akhir pekan.<br><br>Tidur adalah alat pemulihan yang paling penting. Menargetkan 8 jam memang sulit tetapi perlu. Pelatih kami menekankan bahwa jika nilai sekolah turun terlalu banyak atau tidur secara konsisten di bawah 6 jam, beban latihan harus disesuaikan. Junior yang lebih muda (di bawah 12 tahun) mungkin melakukan sesi yang lebih sedikit (misalnya, 3-4 kali seminggu) dibandingkan dengan remaja. Selama minggu turnamen, sesi gym berat dikurangi untuk menjaga kesegaran kaki, dan latihan dialihkan ke ketajaman dan taktik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelatih kami menyesuaikan rencana ini untuk pemain yang berbeda di Setapak dan Petaling Jaya.
