Latihan shadow (bayangan) adalah salah satu alat terpenting untuk pergerakan bulutangkis, namun kebanyakan pemain melakukannya terlalu lambat atau posisi tubuh terlalu tinggi. Alih-alih bereaksi terhadap pukulan nyata, Anda memvisualisasikan pola permainan dan bergerak ke berbagai sudut dengan kuda-kuda, split step, lunge, dan langkah pemulihan (recovery) yang tepat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada dua cara untuk melakukan ini. Kaki Anda harus sedikit lebih lebar dari bahu, lutut ditekuk, dan tumpuan berat pada bagian depan telapak kaki (balls of your feet). Bahkan tanpa kok, pertahankan raket tetap di atas. Latihan ini mencakup sudut depan kiri\/kanan, pertahanan samping kiri\/kanan, dan sudut belakang kiri\/kanan. Banyak pemain bergerak terlalu lambat, berdiri dengan kaki lurus, melewatkan split step, atau sering berhenti untuk berbicara. Hal ini membangun &#8220;kebiasaan lambat&#8221; yang merusak permainan Anda. Pemain di Kuala Lumpur dapat melakukan ini di lapangan atau bahkan di ruang terbuka:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Basic Shadow 6 Titik:<\/strong> Bergerak ke sudut secara acak atau berurutan. Mulai di base, split step, bergerak, kembali (recover). Targetkan 20 repetisi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pengulangan Depan-Belakang:<\/strong> Fokus hanya pada sudut net dan belakang. Bergerak lurus ke depan, kembali, lalu lurus ke belakang. Bagus untuk kecepatan linier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pertahanan Samping (Side-to-Side):<\/strong> Mulai rendah dalam posisi bertahan. Shuffle (geser) secara eksplosif ke garis samping kiri, kembali, lalu ke kanan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shadow Pola-X:<\/strong> Bergerak diagonal dari Depan Kiri ke Belakang Kanan, lalu Depan Kanan ke Belakang Kiri. Ini menguji pemulihan diagonal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serang + Kembali:<\/strong> Simulasikan smash di lapangan belakang, ikuti dengan cepat ke net untuk &#8220;kill&#8221; atau mematikan bola, lalu kembali ke posisi.
