Bulutangkis adalah olahraga intermiten, artinya ada jeda berhenti dan mulai. Energi utama berasal dari sistem aerobik (menggunakan oksigen) untuk pemulihan antar reli, tetapi aksi eksplosif seperti jump smash atau lunge cepat bergantung pada sistem anaerobik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertama adalah sistem Alaktik\/Fosfagen. Ini memberikan tenaga besar seketika selama 0\u201310 detik. Bayangkan reli pendek dan tajam: servis, pengembalian, kill. Tidak ada rasa terbakar, hanya kecepatan murni. Kedua adalah sistem Anaerobik Laktat. Ketika reli berlangsung lebih lama (15\u201345 detik) dengan intensitas tinggi, tubuh membakar bahan bakar tanpa oksigen, menciptakan laktat. Inilah yang menyebabkan sensasi &#8220;terbakar&#8221; atau pegal di kaki dan paru-paru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemain dari Setapak, Cheras, Kepong, Ampang, dan Petaling Jaya membutuhkan ketiga sistem ini. Namun, Anda tidak dapat melatih semuanya secara efektif dalam satu latihan yang sama secara bersamaan. Jika pelatih memberi umpan tanpa henti tanpa jeda, pemain masuk ke &#8220;mode bertahan hidup&#8221; (glikolisis lambat\/aerobik), yang justru mematikan kecepatan eksplosif. Ini adalah alat untuk membebani (overload) tuntutan spesifik dalam lingkungan yang terkontrol. Berbeda dengan pertandingan di mana Anda mungkin mendapat jeda keberuntungan, pengumpan mengontrol intensitasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latihan ini dapat menargetkan repetisi teknik (memperbaiki pukulan saat sedikit lelah), pola taktis (serangan vs pertahanan), atau kualitas fisik. Kita menginginkan kualitas eksplosif: langkah pertama tercepat, smash paling tajam, dan pemulihan posisi secepat kilat. Untuk mencapai ini, pemain harus dalam kondisi segar di setiap repetisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elemen desain tipikal untuk kecepatan melibatkan waktu kerja yang singkat, biasanya 5\u201310 detik (sekitar 6\u20138 shuttlecock), dan periode istirahat yang panjang (30\u201360 detik atau lebih). Rasio kerja-banding-istirahat mungkin 1:5 atau 1:6. Volumenya rendah, tetapi intensitasnya maksimal. Jika Anda hanya istirahat 10 detik setelah dril kecepatan maksimal, tubuh tidak dapat mengisi ulang bahan bakar fosfagen. Pemain melambat, laktat menumpuk, dan sesi tersebut secara tidak sengaja berubah menjadi dril ketahanan dengan teknik yang buruk. Tujuannya adalah mempertahankan kualitas gerakan saat lelah dan meningkatkan kemampuan tubuh membersihkan asam laktat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elemen desain untuk ketahanan adalah kebalikan dari kecepatan. Kami menggunakan blok kerja yang lebih panjang, sekitar 20\u201340 detik atau lebih (20+ shuttlecock), dengan istirahat moderat (rasio 1:1 atau 1:0,5). Misalnya, 40 detik kerja diikuti 40 detik istirahat. Kami melakukan lebih banyak set untuk membangun volume. Ya, tetapi urutannya penting. Pelatih profesional sering memulai dengan set yang berfokus pada kecepatan ketika pemain masih segar dan sistem saraf mereka tajam. Jika Anda mencoba men sprint lari maraton, Anda akan gagal di kedua aspek tersebut.
