Pendekatan berbasis sains olahraga berbeda. Kami melihat kualitas gerakan terlebih dahulu. Misalnya, sebelum mengajarkan <em>jump smash<\/em>, kami memastikan mekanika pendaratan pemain aman untuk melindungi lutut dan pergelangan kaki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menggunakan sains olahraga, kami menyesuaikan &#8220;beban latihan&#8221; (seberapa keras sesi tersebut) berdasarkan kondisi siswa. Dimulai dengan <strong>pemanasan (warm-up)<\/strong>. Kami tidak hanya lari keliling lapangan; kami menggunakan peregangan dinamis untuk mempersiapkan otot spesifik yang digunakan dalam bulutangkis, seperti bahu, pinggul, dan betis.
